What Is The Opportunity: Join us as the Head of Marketing and Sales to lead dynamic, success-driven strategies that increase awareness and consideration of Business Booster’s product offerings among our core audience. You will be responsible for executing marketing and sales strategies, monitoring market and competitor activities, and identifying areas for improvement. In this role, you will optimize the division’s workflow to enhance productivity and drive growth to the next level. How you will make an impact: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products to effectively guide the sales and marketing teams.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate activities related to the development and implementation of advertising campaigns to boost product sales.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize business operations while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
To join our team: - Prior experience as a Head of Marketing and Sales or in a similar role, preferably in the online education industry or related fields, with a focus on the European, North American, and/or South American markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales strategies, and customer acquisition channels.
- Extensive experience in driving excellent return on investment (ROI).
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage marketing and sales teams, as well as freelancers and vendors.
- C1-C2 proficiency in English.
