What Is The Opportunity:

As the CRM Administrator, you will focus on optimizing our CRM system ensuring it supports our sales, marketing, and customer service teams effectively. You’ll focus on automation, maintaining data accuracy, and customizations of the system to meet our business needs, providing support to users across the organization. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Set up and maintain data import and export processes in the CRM system.
  • Develop and manage CRM automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to CRM users across the organization, assisting with troubleshooting and ensuring they maximize the system’s capabilities.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrate the CRM system with other business tools and software.

To Join Our Team:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, or related technical skills is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data management, including migration, cleansing, and segmentation.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and third-party tools.
  • C1-C2 English level.

Conditions:

Remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST with flexibility.
