Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail and phone calls.
• Organize and maintain the department's filing system, including both electronic and paper documents.

• Calendar Management:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and agendas for department heads and team members.
• Remind important meetings, deadlines, and events.

• Communication Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the department and other departments or external contacts.
• Assist in handling internal and external communications, including drafting and sending emails, reports, and letters.

• Financial and Budget Management:

• Assist in managing the department's budget, tracking expenses and revenues.
• Handle invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders.

• Project Support:

• Assist in project planning and execution, and prepare project reports and presentation materials.

• Meeting and Event Organization:

• Organize departmental meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms, preparing materials, and arranging catering.
• Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.

• excellent english ability
• bachelor degree or above
• good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• if know CAD or have experience in power related company will have priority
