Xapads is looking for a hands-on business development leader who can drive our relationships with top-tier media agencies in Russia to a new level. We have already onboarded some of them, but there is a long list of targets to work on. The ideal candidate with have experience working with major media agencies, demonstrating a trajectory of sustained sales growth and excellent relationships within these agencies Обязанности: - Lead the new business prospecting effort across media agencies in Russia & CIS.
- Work hard to expand our opportunities, making Xapads Media top-of-mind for the biggest prospects and digital media agencies.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with agencies, clients and other third-party decision influencers.
- Contribute to the evolution of Xapads Media in the region in partnership with regional leadership and global management.
- Drive the sales pitch development, ensuring that we are not only answering the brief, but that we are bringing a new perspective & innovative approach to the table.
Требования: - 5 years of experience in sales/business development experience within digital media Mobile, programmatic, and ad tech sales experience is an advantage.
- Results driven individual contributor with strong sales relationships with major media agencies
- Proven track record of building agency relationships and engagement, whilst demonstrating the ability to drive pipeline and ultimately close sales
- Fluent Russian. Good command of English;
