This job position is remote, you can work from home or any location of your choice

Responsibilities:

• Finding properties for our organization to buy. We will either buy the property and fix and re-sell or buy and keep them as rentals. We are willing to pay commissions from $1,000 per property that is purchased. You will find the deals, set up the appointments. We then take over the process and update you via our CRM. We will negotiate a price, We will put them under contract. We will teach you the entire process step by step and support you in finding property sellers. Once a contract is signed the average close time is 2-5 weeks and then you will receive the commission.

• Training will take 10 hours and is done personally and checked online, You will receive mentorship and support on all acquisition's.

• You will work remotely from home or any location of your choice, You will have a minimum KPI per day Monday through Friday ( key targets you should track to make the most impact on your strategic business outcomes )

Requirements:

• C2 Proficiency English.

• Sales experience or knowledge.

• Computer Literate

• Phone Etiquette

• Sales Background (Preferred)

• Can do attitude

PAY STRUCTURE

You will simply make $1.000 USD for every property you find for us to purchase. A home sale takes 2-4 weeks and once it's completed you will be paid the following Tuesday.
