Representative office of pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited in Belarus is looking for Key Account Manager – Oncology.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and strategies to improve positioning of Dr. Reddy’s Oncology products at a local level;
  • Develop a local strategy and business plan to meet targets and further improve positioning of Dr. Reddy’s Oncology products at a local level;
  • Establish and maintain ongoing, long term collaborative partnerships with stakeholders around the healthcare system (government and regulatory authorities, medical institutions and healthcare professionals, including oncologists);
  • Successfully promote the benefits of Dr. Reddy’s Oncology brands, using fair balance messages and the appropriate mix of promotional tools;
  • Monitor changes in the oncology field, their impact on the company's business and assess the associated risks and opportunities;
  • Demonstrate high standards of integrity by acting in accordance with Dr. Reddy’s Values and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and comply with all external regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Higher Medical Education.
  • Fluent Russian and English (both written and oral).
  • Working experience:
    • Experienced doctor with at least 1 year of experience in the position of KAM Oncology in Pharmaceutical companies, mostly multinational, which perform their activities in line with norms of ethical promotion.
  • Deep knowledge of regional pharmaceutical market, of its conditions/environment, features and specificity, general information in medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Good knowledge of structure of healthcare facilities and hospitals.
  • Understanding of principles of distribution and availability of medical products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management, business cases preparation and problem solving.
  • Flexibility, agility and speed of adaptation to new situations in a competitive market.
  • Proactive and open mind thinking, creative attitude.
  • Good knowledge of computer and ability to work with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Driving license –B category (business trips across Belarus).
