We are looking for a Lead React Native Developer!

The project that requires a specialist

We are working with an entire cluster of projects for a large corporation. The customer has a huge infrastructure, parts of which different vendors have developed and supported at different times. We are gradually transitioning the written code to new rails, straightening and optimizing it, while developing microservices for the customer's new applications. The work is technically complex, requiring high technical skill, as well as organization, the ability to strictly follow the process, and keep a large context in mind.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development
• Expertise in designing and structuring React Native applications
• Experience leading project teams
• Advanced proficiency in React Native and TypeScript
• English language skills at B2 level or higher — ability to discuss technical issues with clients is crucial

For us, understanding the principles of a component approach to developing interfaces, a confident knowledge of client-server interaction protocols, and understanding the capabilities and limitations specific to iOS and Android are also important.

Would be great if you also had

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices
• Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin for working with native modules

How work is organized

We work in project teams. Development begins after a full or partial analysis of requirements and approval of the design. Each team has a lead developer who is responsible for the codebase: creates the project architecture, performs code reviews, and makes all technical decisions. Despite the distribution of roles, we welcome the participation of all team members in the product life cycle. Front-end specialists work closely with designers, testers, business analysts, and back-end developers. Therefore, competent and respectful communication is important to us.
