Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded its presence with offices in Los Angeles, Florida, and Texas. As a nationwide company, we serve clients across North America, offering our signature glass products and services to diverse markets.

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Employment Type:

- Full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, New York time.

- Remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.

- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

- Foster strong relationships with key clients.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Collaborate with the marketing, project management department, and others.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience working in international companies is preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Fluency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.

- Fluency in Russian (C1-C2), spoken only.

Skills:

- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

- Strategic sales planning and execution.

- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.

- Skills in handling objections

Compensation (Competitive salary based on skills, experience and location):

- Combined compensation: an hourly rate plus performance-based commissions.
