Описание:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our retention initiatives and elevate our communication strategies across various channels. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing projects that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user retention strategies to ensure sustained engagement with the product.

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel user communication strategies, including push notifications, in-app messaging, banners, email, SMS, and other channels.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent communication strategy in direct communication channels.

  • Implement and oversee automation processes for user communications to enhance efficiency and personalization.

  • Conduct thorough data analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different engagement strategies and optimize communication efforts.

  • Extract actionable insights from user data to inform strategic decisions and improve overall product experience.

  • Monitor and manage performance metrics related to user engagement, retention, and communication effectiveness.

  • Develop and refine engagement and retention strategies using Bloomreach

  • Engagement to enhance personalized communication and user experience.

  • Dive into the user database to unearth insights and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product marketing and CRM, with a strong focus on user retention.

  • Proficiency in multi-channel communication strategies, including push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and SMS.

  • Proven expertise in Product Marketing, CRM, Email, or Direct Marketing.

  • Extensive experience working with large user databases.

  • Proficiency in generating reports and visualizing data.

  • Ability to design sequences of triggered communications.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Mandatory experience with Bloomreach Engagement.

  • Bonus points for experience in ride-hailing, knowledge of SQL.

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for improving user experience and driving product success.
