| Описание: | MTS AI is seeking research interns to join our Computer Vision team.
Our team focuses on fundamental and applied research, with a special focus on developing deep learning methods, models, and tools for computer vision tasks. The role of the research intern will be to conduct research on Computer Vision and Machine Learning, develop methods and tools, design and prototype solutions. You will work with a fast-growing team of experienced and highly-skilled scientists and engineers to tackle some of the most challenging problems in these fields. Further, you will have the opportunity not only to publish your ideas in top-tier ML and CV international conferences but also to integrate them in products that will improve the experience of millions of users of MTS.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Conduct research in Computer Vision and Deep Learning with particular focus on image synthesis for data augmentation.
- Explore new methods that will be applied to solve ambitious and complex problems related to ID-preserving image synthesis for robust face recognition
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to propose and implement novel ideas
- Solid understanding of CV and ML applications related to conditional image generation and neural style transfer using Diffusional Probabilistic Models or Generative Adversarial Networks
- Write reports and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences
- Contribute to library and tool development to support research and business
- Publish novel and innovative research outcomes in international ML/CV conferences and journals
Required Qualifications and Skills:- Currently you are pursuing a MSC/PhD degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong background in Applied Math, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Numerical Optimization, Statistics
- Prior experience in computer vision applications such as image classification, semantic image segmentation, object detection, face modelling and recognition, image generation, etc
- Solid programming skills in Python, C/C++ or CUDA
- Working experience with deep learning libraries, such as Pytorch (preferable), TensorFlow, MXNet, etc
- Ability to present and communicate your research in a clear and precise manner
- Critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Have a good level in written and spoken English
