Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze and assess customer situations to provide accurate solutions.
- Handle user appeals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
- Suggest improvements to the product.
Qualifications: - Must have: proven experience in a customer support role, working with a non-custodial and with appeals on a P2P market.
- Preferred: experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Logical thinking.
- Intermediate proficiency in written English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
