Intern/Consultant in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) in Astana/Almaty) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Intern/Consultant to join our team in Almaty/Astana. This role involves participating in a wide range of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) projects, helping companies improve their sustainability practices and reporting. What you will be working on: - Implementing ESG projects, including comprehensive ESG diagnostics.
- Conducting assessments of corporate governance structures and practices.
- Preparing non-financial reports according to established frameworks and guidelines.
- Verifying non-financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Developing and implement low-carbon development programs.
- Participating in projects to prepare integrated annual reports in accordance with international standards such as GRI.
- Contributing to projects diagnosing ESG profiles to ensure alignment with leading ESG rating criteria.
Requirements: - Experience with ESG consulting including analysis, impact assessment, support in implementation process review and update of policies and procedures
- Experience in PowerBI, ArcGIS or other similar tools is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy with ESG data,
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask,
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint),
- Ability to work full-time.

- Russian – fluent, English – Upper-Intermediate
