If you are:

• Possessing a completed higher education degree in psychology or personnel management.

• Proficient in English at an Advanced level or higher.

• Excellent in communication with the ability to articulate your thoughts effectively.

• Skilled at multitasking and handling large volumes of information.

• Demonstrating resilience, attentiveness, and independence.

• Quick at grasping information and eager to learn.

• Having a desire to develop in the field of personnel management.

Then your new responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with candidates at various stages of collaboration.

• Conducting online interviews with candidates of different experience levels.

• Assessing candidates' personal competencies.

• Participating in and conducting training sessions within the company.

• Working on improving the candidate interaction process.

• Collecting statistical data.
