Обязанности: - Oversee the reconciliation and accuracy of all GL accounts.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger (GL).
- Monitor and control accruals to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Regularly review and verify the accuracy of financial transactions and records.
- Prepare and review tax calculations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare monthly VAT and reverse charge VAT reporting.
- Prepare monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) reporting.
- Prepare, handle quarterly and annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) reporting.
- Conduct quarterly and annual reporting for statistical purposes.
- Prepare and file annual property tax and land reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate quarterly Personal Income Tax (PIT) and Social Fund reporting.
- Control and manage bank accounts, including reconciliation of bank statements and transactions.
- Oversee the management and control of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to local statutory regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Требования: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Previous Big4 experience is highly appreciated.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in tax accounting.
- Proven experience in managing general ledger, bank accounts, and fixed assets.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., 1C, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of Uzbekistan’s tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT, and Social Fund reporting.
- Ability to manage and control accruals and fixed assets.
- Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate insightful reports.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of local statutory regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide guidance to junior accountants or financial staff.
