Ideal Candidate: We are looking for experienced specialist (2 year+ of relevant experience), tech-savvy marketer skilled in data management and analytics, with experience in tools for data manipulation and insight communication. Knowledgeable in consumer privacy and cybersecurity, a fast learner with strong communication skills, and able to collaborate across functions. Disciplined in execution and leading digital initiatives within your category or region. Responsibilities could include:Build and Operate IT Technology: Ensure optimal data, technology, and architecture within your brand/channel to achieve effective business results. Deliver Insights and Recommendations: Provide real-time insights to enhance key metrics and optimize digital/eCommerce operations. Develop Evolving Capabilities: Drive end-to-end processes for new capabilities and scale them as they mature. Collaborate and Project Manage: Bridge Marketing and IT needs, aligning plans, resolving issues, and managing technology requests while adhering to IT policies. Job Qualifications - Higher education diploma preferably in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics)
- 2+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry with core experiences in the Marketing Technology stack or Marketing data & analytics.
- Project management foundational education or experience
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level) and strong business verbal and written communication skills
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
Qualifications (preferred): - Experience with using and working with data as a strategic choice for the business to identify use cases to build the business and fill gaps in data, processes, and systems to realize the value
- Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads
- Exposure to analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, and Tableau
- Expert in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Experience working in any of the marketing technology domain areas (i.e. Direct to Consumer Selling, eCommerce, Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM), Search (SEM, SEO, Analytics), Web/Mobile Digital Presence & Traffic Generation, Digital Media & Programmatic Media Buying, Social Insights and Analytics, Content Management
Compensation & Benefits - Monthly salary starting from 1 000 000 KZT gross and annual bonus
